Use of the site

Eligibility and access

By accessing or using tcgameapp.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Indian law, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. TC Game reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend access pending verification.

Permitted use

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. You agree not to scrape or extract content in an automated manner, attempt unauthorised access to the Site's servers or connected networks, transmit malicious code or harmful software, distribute spam or phishing material, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in conduct that restricts others from using the Site.

Any deposits, withdrawals, or in-app transactions must be made only through officially supported payment channels displayed on the Site. Attempting to exploit payment gateways, generate fraudulent transaction references, or reverse legitimate charges constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify TC Game immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use. TC Game reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or any platform-specific guidelines without prior notice and without liability to you.

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TC Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property conventions. Unauthorised reproduction, republication, or distribution of any Site content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.

Limited licence

TC Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce or redistribute content, create derivative works, reverse-engineer any part of the Site, remove proprietary notices, or sub-license, sell, or commercialise access to the Site or its content in any form.

User-submitted content

By submitting or posting any content to the Site, you grant TC Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content across any media. You warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Limitation of liability

The Site and all content, services, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TC Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Site entirely at your own risk.

Cap on liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian law, TC Game, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from failed or delayed transactions processed through third-party payment platforms including PhonePe, GPay, BHIM UPI, or net banking services.

In no event shall TC Game's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to TC Game in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
